After multiple inquiries by many these past couple months, we are excited to announce that Booth Registration for 2017 is now open! Please read below on how to apply and refer to our detailed Application Form.

Application Process

If you are planning on joining us next year, please apply ASAP! We are anticipating the Exhibit Hall to fill up quickly. A few things have been changed for the application process so please read closely!

1. Read and complete the Application Form below. If a slot does not apply to you, write n/a.
2. Email the completed application to colten@lvlupexpo.com or artists@lvlupexpo.com. Alternatively, you can fax the form to (702) 383-5109 or mail to:

3. Applications will be reviewed. Allow 5 business days for a confirmation email.
This email will provide you with payment options. If you do not receive an email within that time period, contact at one of the above listed contacts.
4. Once your application is approved, your spot is not guaranteed until the payment is made in full within 20 business days.
5. We will send an email blast out closer to the event, with the list of Exhibitors/Artists, booth numbers, and any current updates/ information at that time.
