What You Need To Know:
We will be accepting a limited amount of volunteers for this year’s LVL UP EXPO.
Applicants must be of 15 years of age or older.
Volunteers will be placed into different departments that are best suitable for each individual.
We will be holding MANDATORY meetings prior to LVL UP EXPO, where potential volunteers must be present in order to be accepted to volunteer at our event.
Mandatory Meeting Dates are as Follows:
ALL meetings will be located on 2800 W. Sahara Ave #8A Las Vegas, NV 89102.
March 24th (Saturday): Sign-ups start at 9:30AM. Meeting starts at 10:00AM sharp.
April 21st (Saturday): Sign-ups start at 9:30AM. Meeting starts at 10:00AM sharp.
Please Note: Meeting Reminders will be sent out via text or call within 24 hours prior to the meeting you’ve selected.
Volunteer Submissions Close on April 21st, 2018.

Application and Supporting Documents
Please Note: If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or guardian complete a Parental or Guardian Consent Form. They must also review the Volunteer Application and the Performance Authorization, Participation Release, and Waiver of Liability Form.
What do I need to bring to the volunteer meeting?
Please print out the above forms, complete, and bring with you to the meeting.You do not need to print out the Application, just hit submit and we will receive it! If you do not have access to a printer, they can be electronically signed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will we receive the Meeting Reminder?
We will contact you via text or call within 24 hours prior to the meeting you’ve selected.
What is the age requirement for volunteering?
Volunteers must be AT LEAST 15 years of age and will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form if under the age of 18.
