Volunteering is an excellent way to discover what goes on behind the scenes of a convention. We are looking for reliable individuals to help build a strong core for LVL UP EXPO.
What You Need To Know
We accept a limited amount of volunteers for LVL UP EXPO each year.
Applicants must be of 15 years of age or older.
Volunteers will be placed into different departments that are best suitable for each individual.
Mandatory Meetings Dates & Locations
TBA- Meetings are MANDATORY and held prior to LVL UP EXPO, where potential volunteers must be present to one meeting in order to be accepted to volunteer at our event.
Volunteer Submissions Close on April 20, 2019.
If you have questions or comments feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Most inquires in regards to layout, hours, events and so forth will be addressed at the meeting.
Application and Supporting Documents
Please Note: If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or guardian complete a Parental or Guardian Consent Form. They must also review the Volunteer Application and the Performance Authorization, Participation Release, and Waiver of Liability Form.
What do I need to bring to the volunteer meeting?
Please print out the above forms, complete, and bring with you to the meeting.You do not need to print out the Application, just hit submit and we will receive it! If you do not have access to a printer, they can be electronically signed and emailed to email@example.com.
When will we receive the Meeting Reminder?
We will contact you via text or call within 24 hours prior to the meeting you’ve selected.
What is the age requirement for volunteering?
Volunteers must be AT LEAST 15 years of age and will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form if under the age of 18.
