PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

The LVL UP EXPO Creator Program brings together influencers, streamers, podcasters, cosplayers, and digital creatives of every size. If you love capturing and sharing the energy of LVL UP EXPO through content, spotlights, vlogs, or livestreams, you’ll fit right into our creator community.

Our program offers three levels that reflect a creator’s reach, engagement, and content style. No matter which tier you fall into, every approved creator receives the same core benefits:

    One complimentary Creator Badge.

    Access to the Creator Lounge (when available).

    Opportunities to connect with event sponsors and industry partners.

If this program feels like a great match for your content and creative goals, we encourage you to apply. We’re always looking for creators who are excited to collaborate, grow, and help showcase everything that makes LVL UP EXPO special.

GUIDELINES

  • Space in the program is limited, and selection is based on availability and overall fit. Not every applicant who qualifies will be accepted.
  • You must be 18 or older when submitting your application.
  • Creators may only submit one application during each program cycle.
  • Applications must be completed with accurate and truthful information. Submissions found to include false data, inflated metrics, or misleading examples may be denied or removed from the program.
  • Applicants must show recent activity on at least two listed platform within the last 90 days.
  • Applicants must agree to follow all LVL UP EXPO event policies, safety rules, and filming guidelines.
  • Applying to the program does not guarantee acceptance, badge approval, or invitation to future years.
  • Creator Badges do not grant special guest privileges, front-of-line access, greenroom access, or guaranteed promotion on LVL UP EXPO social channels
  • A valid photo ID is required when retrieving your Creator Badge on-site.

  • Misuse of the badge, including attempts to access restricted or staff-only areas without authorization, will result in badge revocation.

  • All creators must follow LVL UP EXPO policies, venue rules, and instructions from event staff.
  • Assistants or camera operators (if eligible by tier) must follow all event policies and behave in accordance with program expectations.
  • Harassment, unsafe behavior, or interfering with event operations may lead to removal from the program and the event.
  • Unauthorized filming or recording in restricted areas is not permitted.
  • Drones, large production rigs, or equipment require pre-approval.
  • Creators are responsible for their equipment and personal property at all times.
  • LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts attendee safety, guest experience, or event operations.

CREATOR ACCESS

Level 1

For creators who are passionate about sharing their experience at LVL UP EXPO 2026!

Level 1 participants focus on creativity, consistency, and community involvement rather than follower count.

We’re looking for individuals who have been consistently active over the past 90 days and maintain healthy engagement on at least two platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X, or Instagram.

  • One (1) complimentary Creator Badge

  • Access to the Creator Lounge (when available)

  • Opportunities to connect with event sponsors

  • Opportunities to host panels or workshops

  • Ability to register interest for IRL stream activations or stream stations (limited availability)

CREATOR PLUS

Level 2

For creators who bring strong engagement and consistent growth across their platforms.

Level 2 creators applicants must meet two or more of the following benchmarks:

– 10,000 followers on active platform(s)
– 50,000 views in 30 days on YouTube
– 20+ concurrent livestream viewers
– 5,000 average views on Shorts/Reels/ Tiktoks

  • One (1) additional 3-Day Badge for assistant role.

CREATOR PRO

Level 3

For creators who demonstrate high-quality content and are hand-selected from the applicant pool by LVL UP EXPO.

Level 3 participants focus on elevated professional collaborations with LVL UP EXPO, including UGC content, collabs, social takeovers, and creative partnerships.

This level may include paid projects and additional compensations where applicable, based on project scope and collaboration needs.

  • All Level 1 and Level 2 benefits

  • Opportunities to collaborate directly with the LVL UP EXPO marketing team on user-generated content initiatives

  • Eligibility for limited social media collaborations, such as takeover features or joint posts highlighting creator-made event content

  • Early communication about content partnership opportunities during the event season
