HOST A PANEL
Want to host an official panel at LVL UP EXPO? We welcome workshops, industry discussions, educational presentations, and fun, fan-focused programming.
Submit your panel concept, format, and presenter information, and our team will review your application for scheduling.
Rules and Guidelines
Age Restrictions:
All panel submissions must specify an appropriate age limit based on the panel’s content. Panelists are required to select one of the following categories: All Ages, PG-13, or 18+.
18+ Panel Requirements:
For 18+ panels, panelists must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. Content falling under the 18+ category may include adult language, nudity, sexually explicit material, or gore.
Badge Information:
Upon application approval, the lead panelists, up to three individuals, will receive a complimentary badge to LVL UP EXPO. Badge confirmation will be sent via email to the lead panelist.
