industry Badge
Applicants must demonstrate active involvement in the Esports, Anime, Comics, or Technologies industries. This could include working in relevant companies, organizations, or holding key roles in related projects.
If approved, the cost for an Industry Badge is $50 (plus any applicable fees).
Media Badge
Complimentary Media Badges may be issued to media professionals covering LVL UP EXPO in an editorial capacity through digital, print, or broadcast outlets.
Applicants must be affiliated with a recognized media such as a magazine, website, TV or radio station, podcast, or online publication focused on gaming, pop culture, or entertainment.
Creators Program
A program designed for influencers, streamers, podcasters, cosplayers, and digital creatives who love sharing the excitement of LVL UP EXPO.

Share your knowledge, passion, or creativity by hosting a panel at LVL UP EXPO! Whether you’re running a workshop, diving into industry insights, or creating fun, fan-focused content, we welcome a wide variety of panel ideas.
Rules and Guidelines
Age Restrictions:
All panel submissions must specify an appropriate age limit based on the panel’s content. Panelists are required to select one of the following categories: All Ages, PG-13, or 18+.
18+ Panel Requirements:
For 18+ panels, panelists must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. Content falling under the 18+ category may include adult language, nudity, sexually explicit material, or gore.
Badge Information:
Upon application approval, the lead panelists, up to three individuals, will receive a complimentary badge to LVL UP EXPO. Badge confirmation will be sent via email to the lead panelist.

VOLUNTEER
Volunteering is an excellent way to discover what goes on behind the scenes of a convention. We are looking for reliable individuals to help build a strong core for LVL UP EXPO.
Need to Know
We accept a limited amount of volunteers for LVL UP EXPO each year.
Applicants must be of 16 years of age or older.
Applicants who are 17 years of age or younger, must have a parent or guardian fill out the Parental Consent Form below.
Volunteers will be placed into different departments that are best suitable for each individual.
Mandatory Meetings
Potential Volunteers must attend one (1) meeting in order to be accepted as a volunteer for LVL UP EXPO.
