Panel Participation
Becoming a panelist is a great way to participate in our programming! From workshops to industry and entertainment-geared panels, we welcome all types at LVL UP EXPO.
- All panel submissions must select an age limit based on panel content. Panelists will select the following: “All Ages”, “PG-13”, “18+”. If you have any concerns, please contact [email protected] for more details.
- All panelists applying for an 18+ panel must be over the age of 18 and have a valid government-issued ID.
18+ panel content includes, but is not limited to:
Adult Language
Nudity
Sexually explicit content
Gore - Upon application approval, the lead panelists (up to 3) will receive a complimentary badge to LVL UP EXPO. Badge confirmation will be sent via email.

Volunteer
Volunteering is an excellent way to discover what goes on behind the scenes of a convention. We are looking for reliable individuals to help build a strong core for LVL UP EXPO.
- We accept a limited amount of volunteers for LVL UP EXPO each year
- Applicants must be of 16 years of age or older
- Applicants who are 17 years of age or younger, must have a parent or guardian fill out the Parental Consent Form below
- Volunteers will be placed into different departments that are best suitable for each individual
Potential Volunteers must attend one (1) meeting in order to be accepted as a volunteer for LVL UP EXPO 2023.

Q: What is the age requirement for volunteering?
A: Volunteers must be AT LEAST 16 years of age and will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form if under the age of 18.

A: We will contact you via text or call within 24 hours prior to the meeting you’ve selected.

Press, Media, & Industry
Welcome to all members of the press, media and industry who are interested in obtaining a professional badge for LVL UP EXPO 2023. To get started, please read over our qualifications and additional information.
- Complimentary admission into LVL UP EXPO 2023
- Separate entry line
- All applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.
- There will be NO ON-SITE Professional Registration.
- LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
- There will be NO Special Guest interviews at this time.
- All LVL UP EXPO Professional Badges are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
- Professional Badges have no monetary value.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- No early access to the exhibit hall will be granted.
- We please ask all professional badge holders to respect and acknowledge all staff, special guest, and attendees while on-site.
- Press/Media Members – Be a contributing editor, reporter, and/or writer for any media outlet (website, blog, newspaper, photo/film, air host, YouTube channel).
- Be able to provide current content relevant to LVL UP EXPO.
- Have a valid ID onsite at LVL UP EXPO, along with Professional Badge confirmation.
- Send press coverage, interviews, photography, etc to appropriate staff after convention.
- Review our qualifications and Rules and Regulations thoroughly.
- Click “Apply Now” button when open and fill out required fields.
