Our mission at LVL UP EXPO is to provide an enjoyable experience and to ensure the safety and inclusion of all our attendees. By accepting a badge to LVL UP EXPO, you agree to abide to our convention policies listed below:

Participation and Liability Release Waiver
If you are purchasing a badge on behalf of another attendee, they must first read and agree to our terms and policies. By registering for LVL UP EXPO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and policies listed below.
Terms: “You” and “Your” refers to the participating individual. “Attendee” refers to a badge holder who is physically present at LVL UP EXPO. “Participation” and “activities” refers to, but not limited to: attending LVL UP EXPO in any capacity, attending panels and main events, cosplaying/roleplaying, competing in tournaments and contests, dancing, being on stage, standing in lines, engagement with other attendees, and being in large crowds.
1. Release and Waiver.
Attendee acknowledges that participation in LVL UP EXPO is voluntary and that Attendee may choose whether to participate in any activity, event, competition, panel, performance, or other aspect of LVL UP EXPO.
Attendee does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless LVL UP EXPO and it’s successors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or many hereafter arise from Attendee’s activities at LVL UP EXPO.
Attendee understands that this Release discharges LVL UP EXPO from any liability or claim that the Attendee may have against LVL UP EXPO with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from Attendee’s activities with LVL UP EXPO, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, including claims arising out of negligence.
Attendee also understands that LVL UP EXPO does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness.
2. Medical Treatment and Emergency Medical Authorization.
Attendee does hereby release and forever discharge LVL UP EXPO from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with the Attendee’s activities with LVL UP EXPO.
In the event of a medical emergency, Attendee authorizes LVL UP EXPO personnel, volunteers, security staff, or emergency responders to obtain medical treatment deemed reasonably necessary. Attendee accepts full responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
3. Assumption of Risk.
The Attendee hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of injury or harm in the activities and releases LVL UP EXPO from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the activities.
4. Communicable Diseases.
Attendee acknowledges that participation in LVL UP EXPO involves interaction with members of the public and exposure to crowds where communicable diseases may be present. Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, respiratory illnesses, and other infectious diseases. Attendee releases LVL UP EXPO from claims arising from such exposure to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Photography and Videography Release.
Attendee grants LVL UP EXPO and its designees the irrevocable right to photograph, record, stream, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, and otherwise use Attendee’s name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and statements captured during the event in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, commercial, archival, editorial, or other lawful purposes, without compensation or further approval.
6. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVL UP EXPO’s total liability arising out of or relating to attendance at the event shall not exceed the amount paid by Attendee for their badge or registration.
7. Right to Remove Attendees.
LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to deny admission to, remove, or revoke the badge of any attendee whose conduct violates event policies, applicable laws, or creates a safety, security, or disruption concern. No refund shall be required where removal results from a violation of event policies.
8. Personal Property Disclaimer.
Attendee acknowledges that LVL UP EXPO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including costumes, props, electronics, merchandise, collectibles, vehicles, or other personal belongings.
9. Minor Attendees.
For attendees under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the minor attendee.
Code of Conduct
Speak Up & Report Concerns
The safety and enjoyment of our attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff are important to us. If you experience, witness, or become aware of behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, including harassment, threats, discrimination, unsafe conduct, or any other concerning behavior, please report it immediately.
Event staff are available at the Info Booth and Registration during all event hours, and incident reports may be submitted at either location. Security personnel are stationed throughout the event and at the dedicated security station located at the Blue Entrance near the nurse station. Concerns may also be reported to any individual wearing official LVL UP EXPO credentials.
Reports will be reviewed and addressed as promptly as possible. While confidentiality will be respected whenever practical, LVL UP EXPO may share information as necessary to investigate incidents, maintain safety, or comply with applicable laws.
Expected Behavior
All attendees, exhibitors, guests, volunteers, contractors, and staff are expected to:
- Treat others with respect, courtesy, and consideration.
- Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
- Follow all event policies, venue rules, and instructions from LVL UP EXPO staff, security personnel, and venue staff.
- Respect personal boundaries and obtain consent before engaging in physical contact or taking close-up photographs of individuals.
The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Offensive comments, gestures, or conduct based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Stalking, following, threats, bullying, or unwelcome physical contact.
- Displaying, wearing, or distributing hateful, threatening, or excessively explicit material that is inappropriate for a general audience event.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior that interferes with another person’s ability to enjoy the event.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of electronic smoking devices inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, except in designated outdoor areas.
Cosplay is not consent. Always ask permission before photographing, touching, or interacting with another attendee.
Violations & Consequences
LVL UP EXPO maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, threats, and disruptive conduct.
LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to deny admission, revoke a badge, remove an individual from the event, restrict participation in event activities, or take any other action deemed appropriate to maintain a safe environment. Individuals removed from the event for violations of this Code of Conduct will not be entitled to a refund.
Serious incidents may be referred to venue security, local law enforcement, emergency services, or other appropriate authorities.
Costumes
Costume Guidelines
To help maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment, all costumes and attire must comply with the following guidelines:
Appropriate Attire:
Costumes must provide adequate coverage and be suitable for a general audience. Excessive nudity or exposure of private areas is prohibited. Thongs, sheer mesh, body tape, nipple coverings alone, or similar items do not constitute adequate coverage. Private areas must remain fully covered with opaque material at all times.
Offensive or Inappropriate Content:
Costumes, clothing, accessories, and props may not display or promote content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate for a public event.
Mobility & Safety:
Costumes must allow the wearer to move safely throughout the event and maintain adequate visibility at all times. Oversized costumes, large wings, cumbersome armor, or other costume elements that create safety hazards or obstruct walkways may be restricted or require modification.
Footwear:
Shoes must be worn at all times. Bare feet are not permitted.
The following are prohibited unless medically necessary or otherwise approved by LVL UP EXPO:
- Stilts
- Roller skates or roller blades
- Skateboards
- Scooters
- Bicycles
- Shoes with built-in wheels
Law Enforcement & Military Impersonation:
Costumes may not be reasonably mistaken for actual law enforcement, military, emergency response, or security personnel. Uniforms, badges, insignia, or markings identifying the wearer as “POLICE,” “SWAT,” “FBI,” “DEA,” “CIA,” “ICE” or similar agencies are prohibited.
Enforcement:
LVL UP EXPO staff and security reserve the right to determine whether a costume complies with these guidelines. Attendees may be required to modify, cover, remove, or store costume elements that violate these rules. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
Weapons and Props
Prop & Weapon Inspections
Attendee safety is a top priority at LVL UP EXPO. All costume props and weapons must be inspected and approved at an official Peace Bonding Station before entering the event.
Peace Bonding Stations are located outside both the West Entrance (Blue) and East Entrance (Red) of the convention center.
- Props and weapons may not enter the Exhibit Hall, panel rooms, or event spaces without an official peace bond.
- Any prop not displaying a valid peace bond may be subject to inspection at any time.
- Staff or security may require attendees to return to a Peace Bonding Station for verification or reinspection.
If a prop is purchased inside the Exhibit Hall, it must remain boxed or secured until it leaves the convention center. Attendees wishing to use a newly purchased prop as part of a costume must first bring it directly to a Peace Bonding Station for inspection and approval.
Legal Compliance
All props, weapons, and costume accessories must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to prohibit any item that may pose a safety concern, regardless of legality.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Firearms of any kind
- Ammunition or projectiles
- Airsoft guns, BB guns, pellet guns, or functional water guns
- Functional bows or crossbows
- Stun guns, tasers, or similar devices
- Explosives, fireworks, hazardous chemicals, smoke devices, or open flames
- Metal weapons, including swords, bayonets, knives, axes, or any item capable of causing bodily harm
- Any prop or item deemed unsafe by LVL UP EXPO staff or security
All gun-like props must display a clearly visible orange safety tip.
Permitted Items
The following items may be permitted, subject to inspection and approval:
- Foam weapons
- Wooden props
- Paper-mâché props
- Lightweight costume accessories
Approval of a prop at a previous event does not guarantee approval at LVL UP EXPO.
Oversized & Unsafe Props
Props exceeding six (6) feet in length or thirty (30) pounds in weight are considered oversized and will not be permitted.
Props may not be swung, thrown, brandished, pointed at others, or used in any manner that creates a safety risk.
Gun-like props must never be pointed at another person, including during photographs.
Skateboards & Similar Items
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, and similar devices are prohibited inside the convention center.
Skate decks may be permitted only if all trucks and wheels have been removed prior to entry.
Enforcement
LVL UP EXPO staff and security reserve the right to inspect any prop, deny entry to any item, revoke a peace bond, or require removal of any item deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Failure to comply with this policy or staff instructions may result in confiscation of the peace bond, removal from the event, revocation of badge privileges, and/or removal from the event without refund.

Security Screening & Bags
Bag Policy
To enhance security and ensure the safety of all attendees, the following bag policy will be enforced throughout LVL UP EXPO.
Permitted Bags
Bags may not exceed 16″ x 16″ x 8″.
Backpacks, messenger bags, purses, tote bags, and similar personal bags are permitted within the size limit.
Bags specifically designed to transport arcade sticks, fight sticks, gaming peripherals, or tournament equipment are exempt from the size restriction but remain subject to inspection.
Clear bags are encouraged to help expedite security screening.
Bag Inspections
All bags, containers, and carried items are subject to inspection upon entry and at any time while attending the event.
Attendees who refuse inspection of a bag or personal item may be denied entry or removed from the event.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside LVL UP EXPO:
Weapons & Hazardous Items
Firearms, ammunition, knives, or sharp objects
Explosives, fireworks, flammable materials, or open flames
Pepper spray, mace, chemical irritants, or similar defensive sprays
Props or weapons that have not been inspected and peace-bonded in accordance with the Weapons & Props Policy
Food & Beverages
Permitted:
Sealed individual snacks and beverages
Empty reusable water bottles
Food, beverages, or supplies required for medical, dietary, or accessibility needs
Not Permitted:
Open food or beverages
Large coolers or bulk quantities of food or drinks
Alcoholic beverages not purchased from authorized venue vendors
Electronics & Devices
Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
Laser pointers
High-intensity lights intended to distract or disrupt others
Air horns, amplified noisemakers, or similar disruptive devices
Personal Items & Miscellaneous
Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
Large tools, hardware, or construction materials
Balloons, confetti, glitter, or similar items that may create safety or cleanup concerns
Glass bottles or glass containers
Any merchandise, promotional materials, samples, or items intended for sale or distribution without prior written authorization from LVL UP EXPO
Mobility & Large Personal Items
To help maintain clear walkways, emergency access routes, and a safe environment for all attendees:
Permitted:
- Strollers
- Wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and other medically necessary mobility devices
Not Permitted:
- Wagons
- Stroller wagons
- Pull-behind carts
- Folding chairs
- Camping chairs
- Portable stools
- Similar oversized personal items
Reasonable accommodations may be made for attendees with disabilities or medical needs. LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to restrict any item that obstructs walkways, creates a safety concern, or interferes with event operations.
Security Discretion
LVL UP EXPO staff, venue security, and event management reserve the right to prohibit any item that may pose a safety, security, operational, or disruption concern or may create congestion and obstruct walkways regardless of whether it is specifically listed in this policy.
Prohibited items may be denied entry, required to be removed from the premises, or confiscated when permitted by law. LVL UP EXPO is not responsible for storing prohibited items.

Signage & Promotional Materials
To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees, the following rules apply to signs, flyers, handouts, and promotional materials.
Signs
Permitted:
- Handheld signs that comply with all event policies and do not obstruct walkways, views, entrances, or event operations.
Not Permitted:
- Signs exceeding three (3) feet in width.
- Signs containing vulgar, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate language or imagery.
- Signs advertising, promoting, or soliciting the sale of goods, services, social media accounts, websites, or personal information without prior authorization from LVL UP EXPO.
- Signs requesting physical contact, including but not limited to “Free Hugs,” “Hug Me,” “Glomp Me,” “Kiss Me,” or similar messages.
Flyers & Promotional Materials
Distribution of flyers, business cards, promotional materials, samples, advertisements, or similar items is prohibited without prior written authorization from LVL UP EXPO.
Enforcement
LVL UP EXPO staff and security reserve the right to remove, confiscate, or require modification of any sign or promotional material that violates these policies or interferes with event operations.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
Photography, Videography & Media
LVL UP EXPO may have official photographers, videographers, livestream crews, media representatives, exhibitors, sponsors, and approved content creators capturing photographs, video, and audio throughout the event.
By attending LVL UP EXPO, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, broadcasts, or other media captured during the event. Use of attendee likenesses is subject to the Participation & Waiver section of these policies.
Photography, videography, filming, livestreaming, interviews, or other commercial media activities may require prior authorization from LVL UP EXPO.
Exhibitors, artists, vendors, and guests may prohibit or restrict photography of their products, artwork, displays, performances, or appearances. Attendees must comply with any posted restrictions or instructions provided by the exhibitor, artist, vendor, guest, or LVL UP EXPO staff.
LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to restrict or prohibit photography, videography, filming, or recording activities that are disruptive, unsafe, invasive, or otherwise interfere with event operations or the experience of attendees, exhibitors, guests, or staff.
ADA Accessibility
LVL UP EXPO is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all attendees. We strive to provide reasonable accommodations that help individuals with disabilities fully participate in and enjoy the event.
Accessibility Sticker Registration
Attendees requiring accessibility accommodations should visit the Show Services Booth in the Registration Lobby upon arrival at LVL UP EXPO.
Show Services staff will review available accommodations, update the attendee’s badge profile as needed, and issue an Accessibility Sticker. This sticker helps identify attendees eligible for accessibility accommodations, including designated entrances, accessibility lines, Main Event accessibility seating, Special Guest autograph accessibility lines and one (1) hour early entry into the Exhibit Hall each day.

Companion Policy
Attendees requiring assistance may request one (1) Companion Sticker.
The Companion Sticker allows the designated companion to accompany the attendee in approved accessibility lines, entrances, and designated accommodation areas. The companion must possess their own valid event badge, as the Companion Sticker does not serve as admission to the event.
Additional companions beyond the approved companion will be required to use general admission lines and entrances.

Interpreters & Captioning
At this time, LVL UP EXPO is unable to provide sign language interpreters or closed captioning services.
Service Animals
LVL UP EXPO welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless doing so would interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability.
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.

Badge Refunds
Badge refund requests must be submitted on or before March 26, 2027.
Effective March 27, 2027, all badge sales are final. No refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, rollovers, or exceptions will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, travel disruptions, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, guest cancellations, programming changes, or inability to attend.
Refund requests submitted on or before March 26, 2027, may be made by contacting [email protected]. Please include the purchaser’s full name, email, order number (if available), and any other information that may assist us in locating your order.
LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Badge Mail-Outs
LVL UP EXPO offers badge mailing for eligible orders within the United States.
Important Dates
On or about:
March 10, 2027: Last day to update your shipping address through Tixr.
March 26, 2027: Last day to purchase a badge eligible for mail delivery.
April 2, 2027: Badge shipments are released to USPS.
Beginning April 5, 2027: Attendees may begin receiving their badge packages.
April 23–25, 2027: LVL UP EXPO.
Shipping Information
Badges are shipped per Order ID. Orders containing multiple badges, including Squad Packs and group purchases, will be shipped together to the shipping address associated with the order.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date in Tixr no later than March 10, 2027. LVL UP EXPO is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the purchaser.
Badge mailing fees include fulfillment, handling, packaging, and postage costs and are non-refundable once an order has been processed for shipment.
Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Badges
If a mailed badge does not arrive before the event, please visit Registration or Show Services upon arrival at LVL UP EXPO.
LVL UP EXPO may issue a replacement badge after verifying the original order and the identity of the badge holder. Government-issued photo identification may be required.
If a replacement badge is issued, the original badge may be deactivated and rendered invalid. Any attempt to use a deactivated badge may result in denial of entry and confiscation of the badge.
Changes to Shipping Method
Requests to change an order from mailed delivery to on-site pickup after the mailing deadline may not be accommodated. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, mailing fees are non-refundable.
VIP Badge Holders
VIP badge holders who select badge mailing will receive their event badge and lanyard by mail; however, VIP merchandise is not included in mailed badge shipments. VIP attendees must visit the VIP Desk in the Registration Lobby during event hours to pick up their VIP merchandise. VIP items not claimed during the event will not be eligible for replacement or shipment after the event.

By opting in to receive SMS communications from LVL UP EXPO Management LLC (“LVL UP EXPO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Is LVL UP EXPO family-friendly?
Yes! LVL UP EXPO has events and activities for attendees of all ages. However, some panels and competitions may have age restrictions. Please keep in mind that minors 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What badge options are available?
Can I purchase a badge during Early Badge Pick-Up on Thursday?
Yes, badges will be available for purchase on-site.
Are refunds available if I can't attend?
We allow badge refunds up to seven (7) days prior to our Event, regardless of cancellation reason. Cancellations can be requested through Tixr. For any other assistance regarding refund, please contact [email protected] with First and Last Name used to purchase the badge and any additional information you may have for us to process a refund.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket to get my badge?
Printed tickets are not required. Digital tickets presented on a mobile device are accepted.
How do I buy badges for LVL UP EXPO?
Badges can be purchased online at https://lvlupexpo.com/ select “Register Now” or at the event (if not sold out). We recommend buying in advance for the best prices.
If I step outside the building, can I walk back in with my badge and avoid the lines?
All attendees entering the lobby, regardless of their badge status, will undergo security screening conducted by our security personnel.
What is the military and first responders discount and how can I redeem it?
Military- Both Active & Veterans and First Responders Discount is: 3-Day: $75, Friday: $50, Saturday: $50, and Sunday $40. Discount can only be offered At-Door Registration.
Can I pick-up a badge on behalf of another attendee?
Yes. You must provide the attendee’s ticket confirmation received via Email.
I forgot or cannot access my TIXR Order Confirmation to pick-up my badge. You can present your valid government issued ID instead.
I lost my badge, what do I do?
If you lost your badge, head over to the Registration Lobby and look for booth “Show Services” for further assistance. There is a replacement fee for lost badges. Additionally, only one (1) replacement is allowed per attendee.
Where and when is Early Badge Pick-up?
Early Badge Pick-up is on Thursday, April 23 from Noon- 8PM and located at the Registration Lobby at Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall.
How do I get tickets to the After Parties?
You can purchase tickets for the after parties online ONLY at https://lvlupexpo.com/ select “Register Now”.
What are the shuttle bus hours for the After Party?
Shuttle Bus runs from 8PM – 2:45 AM. 2:45 AM being the last pick-up time from the After Party Location.

Are strollers/wagons for children allowed?
Strollers are permitted inside LVL UP EXPO. Wagons, stroller wagons, and similar pull-behind carriers are not permitted.
Are minors allowed at LVL UP EXPO without a guardian?
Minors 17 years of age and younger, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Where is the monorail station from the main entrance?
Is drinking water available at LVL UP EXPO?
Yes. Drinking fountains and water refill stations are available throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center and can typically be found near restroom areas.
Attendees are welcome to bring an empty reusable water bottle to refill during the event.
How much is parking?
Where is the Lost and Found?
Lost & Found is available at both the Show Services Desk in the Registration Lobby (Red Entrance) and the Info Booth (Blue Entrance).
Our teams at both locations communicate regularly, so attendees may visit either location to inquire about lost items. If your item is not located at one desk, staff will check with the other location on your behalf.
After the event concludes on April 26, all unclaimed items will be turned over to the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall Security Office.

Military Discount
Yes. LVL UP EXPO proudly offers a 20% military discount on your entire badge purchase.
Military discounts are available on-site only at the Registration Desk during event hours and cannot be applied to online purchases, prior orders, or after a transaction has been completed. Military discounts are also not applicable for Squad Packs and VIP badges.
To receive the discount, please present a valid military ID at the time of purchase.
LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying the discount.
Military Discount is not available for our Merchandise Booth.
