ADA Accessibility Policy

LVL UP EXPO is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all attendees. We strive to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities and offer services to ensure an enjoyable and inclusive event.

ADA Badge Sticker Registration

To simplify access to the services and accommodations listed below, ADA attendees can apply for an ADA Badge Sticker in advance. This sticker will help staff identify those eligible for accessibility perks like priority lines and entrances.

Stickers can be picked up at the Show Services Booth, April 24 – 27, 2025 during event hours.

ADA Companion Policy

Each ADA attendee is permitted one (1) additional ADA sticker for a companion if they require assistance to access and enjoy the event. This companion sticker allows the designated individual to accompany the ADA attendee in accessibility lines and entrances for Main Events, Special Guest Autographs, and other designated areas.

The companion must have their own valid event badge, as the ADA sticker only grants accessibility privileges and does not serve as admission. Additional companions beyond the allotted plus-one will need to use general admission lines and entrances.

For in-person ADA assistance and/or to apply for a badge sticker during LVL UP EXPO, please visit the Show Services Booth in the Registration Lobby. Our team will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.
